How soon before VoIP will it be before we see it implemented in cell phone systems?

EXPERT RESPONSE
It is already happening with WiFi and some cell carriers. In fact they say that about 40% of all phone calls world wide are VoIP whether you chose it or not. With cell modems, VoIP soft phone service is already available and some cell companies are rolling it out various options for other end-user scenarios.
